Has anyone called to make a resort reservation and was successful when asking if a PIN was attached to their name? Right now we are looking at CBR but our dream is to stay at the Poly. WE WANT A CODE!!!!

I've never gotten a e-mail or postcard with a pin on it. I called in January to find out I had a pin that expired in December. Then I called last week and found out that I have the $500 gift card with 5-night stay attached to my name. So I have that one booked for now. May change it if they give me a different pin that may be better. I would just call and see.
