Did you select the "new booking" option?

My memory is a little fuzzy, I was just pushing buttons in response to the prompts.

I would say I pushed the choice for booking with a placeholder. If that wasn’t an option, then it would have been for a new booking.

And pretty sure I was calling the Castaway Club number. I do remember entering my number for that.

I would be a horrible witness under cross- examination. I did get the details correct in my original post
