Has anyone had any luck getting ahold of disney regarding your AP refund? I got on right at 9 and have been on hold an hour and a half. We bought hoppers back in Nov of 19 and then upgraded to deluxe passes. I got a refund but neither of my daughter's has and I was just trying to check on it and am wondering if I am just holding for nothing and if they will ever answer :/

We've tried to call a few times and no answer. Were you able to get through? We had Signature Plus passes and were told we should expect a $400 refund in Mar 2020. Still waiting.
 
I did finally get through after an hour but the woman could not tell me how much or if they were even getting one for sure. All she could tell me was that there was not one pending. I did ask her though that since I got one and we all did the exact same thing she said most likely they would but the same canned response. That they are done in random batches. She said if we didn't get them by April to call again. :/

Ugh. Okay. Well, I guess we just wait and call again later.
 

We have had the same issue. 3 of 4 APs refunded in our family, but one is still not refunded (my husband’s). I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes to talk to a CM (so I guess better luck than you had on that part!), but then they would not tell ME anything about his pass refund. They said he had to call or get on the phone to get the information, which would only be “if there is anything pending for a refund”. This made me mad since it was paid for on my credit card and was managed on my MDE account. She said the refunds were “random” and the fact that my DD and I got refunded on the same day was just “chance”. A little frustrating, but it was not the thousands of dollars that others are waiting on, so it’s ok.
