Calling all Single Parents!

Yes we are staying on site at Pop Century. It will be our first time there. I am looking forward to showing dd the pop jet fountain at the hotel. We will be bringing our stroller, at 5 dd may not want to use it much but I do not want to have to carry her at the end of the day. I read in another post about using a plastic bracelett to write my contact info on and think we will try this.

My kids love POP They call it the number room. Probably because of the numers that are throuhout the resort. The Goofy water fountain is really nice as is the kiddie pool. They have life jackets available at the larger pools so you DD can use them too.

I'm a single mom to a single disney princess dd6. We've been taking trips since her 1st birthday which we spent at WDW. As I said to my 70something aunt who said "I can't believe you just go like that with her" "Aunt Mary if I didn't we'd never go any place and what fun would that be?" this aunt decided she wanted to ride in a rikshaw for her 75th birthday so she went to Thailand to find one. In her younger "mother" days she and her family never went too many places and she would never have done it without my uncle.DD and I probably go to more places and things than alot of the other kids in her class. Infact her teachers made that comment during a recent conference about all the expirences she has had and how valuable that is. I always email our flight plans and where we will be staying. My dad and stepmom could care less they can't figure the whole Disney thing out to start with but mom cares so we call her while we're there and send her emails from EPCOT (Mexico, Imagination & Innoventions). You may want to check out the Bibbitybobbityboutique to do a real girly thing I think we're going to do that this time...take lots of pictures and have a great time....
