Calling all Feb. Disneyers ???Seasonal Closures

I am putting out a request to any one who has been to Disney in Feb. What places.....attractions....events....dining places are closed in Feb. Did you notice any. A few of the info sites say closed seasonally but dont say when that is. For example apparently Chef Mickeys isnt open in Feb. True....Untrue?

Not true about Chef Mickey's.

If something is open seasonally it might be closed part of February but will liekly be open President's Day week.

One of the water parks will be closed most of February. That happens every year.

Major rehabs are always scheduled for less busy times. That means fall and winter (except Christmas and President's Day) in general terms.

Well, actually, major rehabs don't seem to be affected by President's day. While they try to have seasonally closed attractions open over the holiday weekend, if they're rehabbing something, they'll use the full time between New Years and Easter to do it.

I always ck for the rehabs before we leave for our trip. We go every Jan. and I have been in Feb. and the rehabs are different every time. Yeah, Chef Mickey is always open cause that's our favorite. On our last trip in Jan., Buzz Lightyear, and Test track was in rehab. That's always nerve racking to watch for cause I would be so upset if any of my favs were shut down. The only disadvantage to going during off season!

we went in feb 2005 and typhoon laggon was closed but was reopening at the start of march ! dont no whether it was for refurb or due to the season ! just be prepared for it being closed then if its open its a bonus

We went Feb. 9-16, the week before President's Week and still value season. I didn't notice anything closed....Expedition Everest wasn't open, but we knew that it was only open on certain days anyway. I think there were a few restaurants closed, but everything we wanted to go to was open.

Two of our last trips have been in February (1-11) and Chef Mickeys is open. However Mickeys BBQ is not open. The last trip (2006) the test track was closed and the electrical parade was not going. Almost everything is up and going. We even got to ride Expedition Everest twice. THere is always one of the water parks closed in February. Also the boats don't run if the tempeture drops below 50 degrees. This didn't happen this last trip but it did in 2005.
The crowds are less and the weather is normally pretty good. we did have 2 days of rain but that was unusual.

What is Chef Mickeys like? Do you know if it is anything like Goofys kitchen in Disneyland?
