Calling all DH's

I am 65 and have been doing the planning for over 30 years. We started going to WDW in 1973 and I enjoy the planning. As far as "extra stuff" husbands and dads can do outside the parks. I have played golf on all of the disney courses several times (great courses). We go down for the Disney PGA Tournament. The fishing is incredible. I use the fishing guides for Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon for bass (caught several over 5 pounds). Depending on the time of year, I attend the minor league baseball games at the Disney Sports Complex. They are a lot more fun than the Majors. Basically, I use the early part of the day for my "stuff" and hook up with the family for the parks and dinner later. My daugter is getting married at WDW this month and I took my new Son-In-Law down this past July to break him in on my kind of stuff. We played golf up the road at the World Golf Village and then at Disney. He is now hooked on Disney also!! Pic is of Mickey Sand Trap at Magnolia Golf Course.

47 yo male WDW enthusiast here! I plan all our trips. If I'm a 10 on the Disney meter, DW is an 8.5. ;)

My wife does all the planning and packing for all our trips. But I am the one who comes here to find "insider" information to share with her and help the planning.

Raises hand and grunts for attention.

I plan for DW and I, but no longer over-plan.

I fit into this profile as well. I do all of the planning and suggesting of Disney vacations. My wife sits back and suggests other locations and then gives in. She spoils me.

I'm know to my family as Disney Doug. I do the planning for the most part.
