hey ppl im a cheerleader in MI and i was wondering if n e one else cheers when i was at epcot we got a really cool pic of me doing the splits in front of the epcot ball its soo neat!! cheerleading is my anti drug like i quit everything for it! like skating use to b my anti drug and id do it everday but i quit so now im just cheerleading and during the summer if i have no practice im gunna do Hip hop dancing but yeah we have a compitition in a couple of weeks!! nervous!! but yeah do u guys cheerlead ? if so just talk about it! lol

I used to cheer but i quit in the middle of the season last year because it was too hard balancing field hockey, swimming and homework. I still kind of miss it but i am glad i quit too.

yeah i quit skating for cheerleading and next year i wanna make varsity as a freshman so im gunna do gymnastics b4 tryouts and hopefully b good enough id b happy if i did jr. varsity or freshman but i want varsity really bad!!

Hey I'm a Cheerleader this year in Michigan also. I'm a freshman this year, and I'm on the Varsity B. team(Really the Freshman team). My first comp. is Wed. and I cheered all through Middle School. This year it hasn't been fun for me at all, the girls on my team always argue! Where is your first comp. maybe I'll be there.

Where's News Herold...I've never heard of it. My comp. on the 22nd is in Manchester, Mi.

My first comp. of this year was yesterday and I'm on JV and we took 1st place with 544 points! We weren't scored against Varsity teams but we beat 5-6 Varsity Teams and we would have taken 3rd place in our class against Varsity. Our Varsity team though scored highest over everyone with a total of 658 points or something like that. Last year our team took 3rd at state COmp.

Ya I am in 8th been a cheerleader for 3 years 6,7,8 iluv have comp. coming up and i ts my first the other 2 years we just done it for b-ball and f-ball,, we do that now but we have to work alot harder.... oh ya I go to a big jr.high so each grade has a different team... there was also the charmers (dance) but I just think cheerleading is more for me!!! Cheer comp. is in 2 weeks cant wait....... oh and xxPrincessxx hope u do good!

Oh ya and what really sux is the night before that I have an Orchestra concert eeeeeee! gotta practice

I'd been cheerleading since 4th grade. I was on the varsity during elementary, (but that wasn't much of a cheerleading thing...it was basically jumping up and down and clapping and yelling lolz) middle school, and when i got into the high school I made capitain. You should have seen the older girls faces. hilarious. newayz the color guard, and the cheerleaders in my school didnt get along too well. But i settled it all by doing both. All i had to do was make them see how alike they were, and it was a sinch. newayz anyone else enjoy color guard or cheering? luvin em both!
