Denise - so sorry to hear about your Dad & BIL . Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. My girlfriends 5 yr old is suffering from a blood clot now also. It's a good thing that he went right away. I am sure as a cancer surviver, your father has tremendous strength and will be better before you know it. I wish your dh a speady trip home.

It will be fun meeting some Dis board people and some 2006 cruisers at the Trail End.

It amazing how things change, If we didnt book this cruise, I might not have changed my resevations and gotten AAA rates on our Aug trip.

Then added the second visit back to WDW a week later.

And now with the extra days on site, getting the annual pass is worth the cost.

Dori - Mt. Saint Helens......earthquakes.... oh my...Are you guys sure you want to visit . Glad to hear you missed the re-org. It still can be a difficult time, but a least you won't directly be affected. My husband has been through soooo many. I think you will greatly enjoy working from home. I was planning on taking my daughter to Robots this weekend. Do think it is appropriate for a 5 yr old? I am sure it is like Shrek and a lot will be over her head.

Barb - I can't remember if I welcomed your or not, but welcome anyway . What day is dh's 48th? We have a few birthday celebrations on the cruise. My dd will be 7 on the 22nd. I know what you mean about getting more for your buck. I am always looking for a better way. We had a stop w/ RC at Costa Maya 2yrs ago. It is still fairly young to tourists I think. We went horseback riding and it was far, but we had a great time. Thay do have a public pool/bar directly when you get off the ship. We thought that might have been a cool just to hang out. (pre-dd). They also have a small shopping area also directly when you get off. I can't remember anything else..sorry.

Ed - congratulations for squeezing out one more day . You said 1, then 2 girls in 82 years . That must be some kind of record! I hope your mouth is feeling better. I guess it's a good thing that you type to us instead of talking. Maybe it is the pain killers, but you seem in a good mood . I better start a clothing fund if my dd is anything like yours . I guess that's why you work so hard. So 2 kittens....they will be so cute playing together....jumping......running..........tearing up your house . Ed are you DVC?

Bobby & Cindy - Are you guys all settled in your new house now? I was trying to get my dh to do a 3 or 4 day cruise with our stay in Nov., but he said not to push my luck! You have a great time!

Bev - My girlfriend goes to MCO from AC on Spirit all the time. She loves it. We might try it this year or next. Let me know what you think. We are about 1 hr. from AC, but I think it would be a better ride than to Newark.

Sue - Congratulations on winning the Grand Slam...of course I don't really know what it is, but as long as your happy! I think 27 years was a long enough wait. How do you even have time to do Avon and everything else. Could you send some of your energy across the pond?

Barb - Not sure if we will stay at the Radisson or somewhere on Cocoa Beach. It will depend on if we extend the trip a little. If we do stay there, I am sure there will be a DIS meet, there are sooooo many of us.

Andy - Have you packed yet..... say . Glad to hear you enjoyed your father/daughter time. Did Hazel enjoy her girl time? Becareful, she may be hooked now! I also loved Mork and Mindy, that way one of the best shows ever! You guys have a great time! Take care of your mother. Be very careful to pick the right property, remember you have to meet all your DIS friends expectations and requirements also

Dori - I am glad that i was not the only one who had a hard time reading that. I thought....man I really must be getting old.

Tina - You won't be needing that bag then... you are an old pro! Gee your family has it made. I don't know about the rest of you, but when my mom babysits, I leave her money and not much else. You don't know my mom do you? How is the Hampton Inn? Is it on the beach? I was thinking that maybe before or after the cruise, we could spend a few days in the area. I don't want to go to WDW... too hot for us. I heard the pool at the Radisson was really great. Would I do better at the beach? We are driving and I thought we should take a day or two around the drive.

Hi everyone

I read what my daughter wrote and I had a hard time understanding it. Did we write like that when we were young? The funny thing is that she gets an "A" in english.

I'm so excited. I finally booked the airfare for my Carnival cruise in August. I called Spirit to book it and the price went up so high I decided not to go on Spirit. I ended up booking Air Tran for the way down on the 19th of August and Southwest for returning home on the 2nd of September. It was cheaper to do it that way then going round trip with the same airline. Now I just have to figure out how I'm getting from the airport to our hotel the day before the cruise. I was going to rent a minivan for the 7 of us but then I'd probably need another one for all the luggage. LOL Any suggestions from my DISfriends would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, not packed yet, been very busy working on a few other projects!!! My clothes are sitting on top of the clothes dryer though, they "WILL" get in the suitcase before we leave tomorrow afternoon!!!

If all goes according to plan, we already have a piece of property in Florida. Just have to make the offer and be accepted by the owner!!!

Hazel talked with my mom this afternoon, and my mom said she was feeling much better, the new medication seems to be helping already!!!

Hazel had a blast this past weekend, this was "NOT" the first retreat Hazel has been on, and I can tell you this, Hazel took a nap as soon as we got home yesterday, and she never got out of her PJ's today.

I have a teenage daughter in the house, and I had no problem reading Bev's DD's message. I guess I'm not as old as I thought I was!!!

O.K., back to work, then pack, pack, pack!!! I don't feel too bad, Hazel and Angelina aren't packed yet either. We're not leaving for the airport until around 3pm on Tuesday, so we have plenty of to pack!!!

You could put the suitcase at the base of the dryer, moved the kitty off the pile and then push the clothes into the suitcase.

No, I will be staying at Old Key West resort this Aug,

I booked and got AAA rates, and got it less than if I rented points.
Today I rebooked our Ftw Cabins and also got AAA rates,
Now that we are staying 12 days total we decied to get AP for all of us.
If AP rates come out for Aug we will try to get that applied too

I love it, Im now staying more days and its costing us less.
Boy I love it when a plan comes together.

I am trying to get my mom and her DH to come too. They will be on the cruise too. I think Bobby and CINDY have a "MOM/IN-LAW"coming too . ANDY isnt your mom coming as well.. It would be great to have them all meet as well... It would take TINA 6 hrs to get there.....and lets see DEVIN and DORI about 28 hrs.. SUE maybe 38 hrs if they take the RED EYE
