Andrew: Not sure what you mean by "last minute plans" regarding the Palo brunch. Please explain. :

What I mean I am tieing up all my loose ends as Iam off in six days just wanted to confirm this is still on, before I go next Saturday.

Hi Andy,

Decided just to stay at the Residence Inn I got a rate of 99.00 when I made my reservation several months ago. I check the Radisson and it was going to be more.

We are also meeting my father in law the night before for dinner so we will have a rent a car that we will need to turn in the morning of the cruise.

Shirley--thanks for posting that you are cancelling your brunch--DH and I wanted to go but the group is all filled up and when we were able to book palo there was nothing left for individual times either. I just checked the site and it still shows no availability. It could have been taken that fast or maybe it does'nt go back into the system ---I was really hoping to get a time for me and DH before we go. Thanks anyway though.

You still may be able to get Brunch,
When you board the ship , they save some spots for those who didnt book online, When you first get to the terminal check with guest services to see where they are taking Palo reservations and once you board the ship head there to see if you can get a reservation or on the waitlist. Many times items open up I have been told.

Karen: I've taken your name off the list of the Sunday parasailers. Hang out with us at Serenity Bay! LOL I have the 11am Stingray excursion, but it only lasts an hour, then we'll be on the beach.

Shirley: When we cruise Royal Caribbean, if you filled out your info online, all of your documents arrived at your house before the cruise already printed with your info. DCL doesn't work that way though. After you fill in the info, you have to actually print out the pages and bring them with you to the terminal. I have to remember to do this! lol

Ed: Sounds like you had a great time in the city yesterday! You had great weather for it!

Beth: All of the spots for the Palo (group) private dining room are already taken except for a spot for 1 person for the Thursday brunch. There was/is even a waiting list, too. Sorry

Ed is right, they do hold back some Palo reservations to be booked once you get onboard the ship. When you check in at the terminal, you will be given a mini-Navigator (sheet of paper listing info you might want/need as soon as you get on the ship), and it will tell you exactly where to go to make Palo dining reservations. Usually the location is Rockin' Bar D, but check the mini-Navigator to be sure. I'll be heading there myself to try and make reservations for Afternoon Tea!

Kris - Don't worry about Taylor being lonely. There seems to be a sizable number of boys between 12 and 14 in the group. (Including mine, who just turned 14 in June.)

Doreen - Devin would like some bubbles for the sailaway party.

Terry - I mailed the check, you should be getting it soon.

Tina - Tag sounds like fun. We're in! ( I hope that you managed to avoid the cold - I didn't. My only consolation is that I should be over it before the cruise. But now I think that I'm going to go put my cold down for a nap! )
