Calling about Reservations

Hi All!
I have booked our Disney vacation with Dreams, we have used them in the past and loved them. This time around I am just not happy. I find that our agent seems to be out of the office alot and takes a while getting back to me with questions I have. And when this agent does get back to me half the things I have asked about go unanswered or undone. I don't mean to gripe but I am just fustrated.
Anyway I would like to call Disney guest services myself about somethings I want noted on our reservation. Can I do this? And is there a 1-800 # I can call? Thanks!

I believe only your TA can make changes and add notes to your ressie. I would call Dreams if you have a number or email them again. I have seen people PM I think webmaster John and he has been able to help them but I am not sure.

There should be a 1-800 number on the Dreams site. We experienced this exact problem with our Thanksgiving vacation. (great service in the past, but not so good on that trip) However, if you call someone takes care of things immediately. Good luck!!

I am using Dreams and Rhonda is my TA. I lhave asked her if she ever sleeps, or gets a day off. She ALWAYS answers quickly, even a few weeks ago when she was on the way to Disney herself. Maybe you could ask for another TA. If they are not responding, you are not getting the service you deserve. HTH
