Called to confirm adr's and some were wrong!

Hi just a f.y.i., I had read a few weeks ago about wdw dining getting some adr's wrong and for some reason today I said Just call and make yourself feel better.......WELL! They didn't have my adr for Lecellier and when I insisted to the cm that I did indeed have a ressie there she took my phone number to trace my ressies-The original was made for march 15 instead of April 15 Other thing was my PSB lunch was never cancelled, I couldn't believe it! If I hadn't called, I would never have known and gotten my cc charged. Fellow disers, you may want to call wdw and just make sure your adr's are what they are supposed to be!

Same thing happened to me. One ADR was missing and when I gave the CM the number, she said it was for May, not April. And the CG ADR I had previously canceled was still showing up, which would have cost me. I called again a week later just to make sure everything was right.

We changed our ADRs 7 times before our October trip, and that was making them at 90 days out! I called about 3 weeks before to check them, then I called again the day before we left to check them again. I never had any missing, but I did have a couple that should have been cancelled that weren't. Luckily they weren't ones with a CC guarantee on them.

The only mistake on ours was an ADR for 14 people for breakfast one morning. There were only 3 of us, and it wasn't my ADR! I have no idea how it ended up in my profile or who it actually belonged to. I hope those 14 people didn't have any problems when they went to eat!

I arrived at Crystal Palace only to find out that I did not have a reservation. Called Disney Dining on my cell and found out that I had been reserved at Coral Reef instead. (Notice how they fall alphabetically? Well, the CM check marked the wrong box on the computer screen!) Luckily, they let me and dd eat anyway, even though they were turning people away at the door. I will ALWAYS call a week before my trip and have my AR's printed out at the front desk from now on.

I know my Adrs are attached not to my ressie number but to my name and cell phone!

Yes--they'll do it for you. We get the printout when we check in at OKW.

I always get a printout when I check in at our resort. Make sure you always keep those confirmation numbers.
