Does booking through AAA have any effect on receiving pins?

Got our pin -- but sadly ours blocked out Jersey Week, unless you arrive on Nov 1, which means missing 3 days of school or going down at the END of Jersey week, the 9th, and missing 2 days at the end .... Grrrrrr, they caught on to me !!! With a high schooler, missing is alittle harder to do .......

My fiance just got a pin code and I called Disney and even though the reservations are under my name we can still use it since he's listed as a guest!!!! I've been dying for either one of us to get a pin!! So excited. Waiting for our travel agent to call us back to tell us the savings!!! If it's good enough, we might bump it up to the Deluxe!

Just called and the lovely cm told me I had a FD Pin!

She said it covered dates from 8/5 to 12/20, with some black-out dates (11-17 to 11-24).

She gave me a code number (3 digits) and said it could be booked anytime, no expiration.

Now to figure out flights! Woohoo!!!

I didn't read the whole thread so not sure if his was mentioned, but those 3 digit codes aren't PIN codes. Those are for public offers and travel agents. So it appears they have given you early access to the next public offer for FD. Only a matter of time for the rest of us!

I got the "pinless e-mail" last night too.

I called today, had a great agent and was able to book

09/30/12 to 10/07/12
Port Orleans Riverside Standard View
2 Adults, 2 Children (17 years old).
Regular dining (1 counter and 1 sit-down).
6-day base tickets

For a total of 2597.32.

I am quite, quite happy.

Except now I forgot to request a room with a murphy bed and will have to call back!!! lol

This is great news I thought my dates would be blacked out for Oct 14-19 maybe there is still hope after all

oooh I so need this, c'mon I really do not want to stay off site, but I will if I can't afford to stay on site. C'mon this code would make it doable for me

I have been obsessed with this forum, I even peeked a few times in work. I told my boss I would be more productive if I knew what was going on

I didn't get an email but I called tonight and I had a free dining pin. I was able to book me and DH in one room plus the other room with my parents in it. The 4 of us had the offer Oct 2010 so I am so happy we got it again this time around!

I would guess the dates will be the same when it goes public, but can't say for sure. I don't have "inside" information, I'm just a knowledgeable Disney traveller making an observation. And those 3 digit codes are normally offered to the public at some point.

I just called too, with no luck. The CM was wonderful though, and told me to call and call and call, because you never know when some pixie dust might show up! To get FD would be wonderful. It would mean we could fly instead of drive! Even if I have to drive though, I'm still thrilled to be going back again!

I have called twice in the past few days and both cm's have said the same thing to me. To keep calling because you never know.

Its been nice, last year when I called, I kept getting snarky cm's who acted put out when I asked if I had one!

no. Free dining offer for August is over...and those dates usually are included.

We have been watching for a FD pin for a possible trip we may take this December. I called tonight and of course no pin attached to our name. The CM did say Disney had some issues with their system and it sounded like not all of the pins were sent out (not sure if that's true or not) and that I should call tomorrow and hopefully a pin would be there. Fingers crossed!!!!
