Had the best experience with ms today. Had previously booked 1 night at akl in jan. dh and I decided to add on another night before that one. Ms was closed last night so I booked the extra night online. Called ms today to link ressies so we wouldn't have to move. Cm with English accent told me he could link the ressies but was afraid to modify due to maybe losing a night. Told him as long as they were linked that was ok. Took the survey and a short while later recd a call from previous cm who went over and above asked his supervisor to make it one ressie for both nights instead of two. I was so happy and very appreciative. I plan to contact ms to let them know.
