Call once, twice, thrice

After my experience this morning, all I have to say is if you don't get what you want...try again...

I wanted the new Nature Inspired Design Epcot Segway Tour...the CM told me that he didn't see anything by that name (then I said "Land, Air, Sea?" ...It's a three hour tour that's new...can you check with a supervisor, etc) He told me all they do is an Around the World Tour. Ok :confused3 So I made the Around the World Tour just in case.

Then I called back. The next CM told me that the system was down, they were upgrading (right when it opens? :confused3) and to call back in an hour. Ok.

So I called back immediately and finally got a CM who knew what I was talking about and I booked without issue.

Then I called dining for the Wishes Dessert Party. CM told me that there was no availability. Ok, I thought, I was trying to get one for a date 87 days away, so I thought I missed the boat. But after the Segway incident, I called back, got someone else, and she found an opening without a problem!

So I guess my point is that it's worth it to call back and double-check :thumbsup2
