Call Centre open tomorrow?

Ahhhhhh!

Huge discount on HNY for our dates making it only £50 more than we've paid for a standard room at NPB!

Just I missed the Call Centre opening hours today and now I'm paranoid it won't be open tomorrow and I'll miss the prices!!

I can't find anything that says about Bank Holiday opening hours do you think it might be open? Xxx

If you phone the French reservations number it's open every day although I don't know about tomorrow (not sure how strictly observed Easter Sunday is in France) but as it's at the park I'd say the odds are it'll be open. A few of us managed to benefit recently from the 40% discount from upgrading room/hotel/adding extras and you've far more chance of being successful than if you phone the UK booking line which takes you to Florida.

The number is 00 33 1 60 30 60 53 and if you phone 0844 200 90 90 the call is only 1/2 pence a minute.

I take it they can see my current booking and the UK prices etc?

Also my French is basic at best! Will I cope OK?!

Yes, they pull everything up with your booking reference. The CM I spoke to went through several different options with me and all were in pounds sterling. And no need to worry about the language barrier, my CM spoke perfect English - it always makes me feel so ashamed that I can only manage a few basics even though I did pass my French O level!

Oh I'm the same. I did German, Latin and Spanish at school. And I hate seeing Brits abroad talking English. But in France most of the time I have to be that Brit and I get really embarrassed!

Maybe I'll do a short course at some point! X

I tried to teach us all some Italian before we went to Rome last year. It was actually quite easy to learn when you're sat at home!! My poor DH kept lapsing into French (funny how he doesn't do this in France ) but I just about managed hello, goodbye, thank you, asking for the bill etc a few times! I think they appreciate it if we try even if we're not very successful!
