Just tried to make priority seatings and was told that the call center is down for at least 4-5 hours. Just an FYI. However, the guy sounded, er, like he was napping when I called.

Evidently, this is quite common for call centers, not just Disney. Some are really unique names, while others are common. They ran out of first names, and have moved to assigned first and middle name as well =)
