Californiia Grill Question

We had dinner at CG about 3 years ago and really loved it. But when I look at the menu now it just looks SO funky. Is this the set menu or do they have specials to choose from? I am going with 8 family members including - 80 year old mom and two DS (15 and 13) who are pretty restaurant savy and like a variety of things. But the choices on this menu look pretty slim. Advise please! Thanks ko

Memory dims, but I actually can't remember if they ever had any specials in all the times we've dined there. I really don't think they do---

the food is "fresh" so there are things constantly changing on the menu with reagards to whats in season. The steak is usually always on there...and a few others.

Definitely do NOT let the online, posted menu for CG throw you; that menu changes constantly. Rest assured, if you loved it before you will love it again, and that because it is a signature restaurant, they will/can do much, much more to accommodate everyone in your party and prepare food specifically for each person's tastes (given the "ground-rule of reasonable-ness," based on their essential menu). Go and enjoy.
