Do the California schools get President's Day for a holiday?

We do up here in Nor Cal. My son is off on the 19th

Do the California schools get President's Day for a holiday?

I'm in Northern CA (Santa Clara) Jeff gets Presidents Day Week off. We went last year it was doable. It would have been more fun for us I think, if I didnt' have my 18month old.
