what time does California Grille start serving dinner?
If we just walked in without a PS as soon as they start seating for the evening, would we be in luck?
Our family likes to dine early whenever possible so even if dinner was at 4:30pm, that would be fine with us.
Since we are watching the fireworks on another night, its just the experience of dining at the California Grille, that is drawing us to the restaurant.

I believe they start seating folks at around 5:30pm. And in my (limited) experience, walk-ins at that time have a pretty decent chance of getting seated. But my experience has mostly been during the week, and not in super-peak seasons.
