California Grill & Wishes

We have an 8:55 ADR for dinner at the California Grill. What are the chances of seeing Wishes during dinner?

1) If fireworks at 9:00pm, no chance, except from balcony.
2) If fireworks at 10:00pm, some very slim chance, but probably from balcony.
3) Most folks stretch the meal so they can be seated for fireworks.
4) Unless seated 1¼-1½ hours ahead of time, you *usually* stand.
