The pork tenderloin has been on the menu for eons, and for good reason. It's cooked medium over an oak fire, and is fork tender. DW had it and was very pleased.
I asked what they considered "business casual" last week when we were there. Slacks, nice jeans, collared shirts, and "walking shorts" were all appropriate. I did see one logo t-shirt, but the gentleman wearing it was neat and well-groomed (Lord, I sound like the fashion police.)
Kid friendly, too.
