California Grill / Restaurants with view at Contemporary

I noticed California Grill only does dinner? Is there anywhere in Contemporary we can go for lunch that has that awesome MK park view? We aren’t interested in seeing the fireworks from because it’s so late and we have little kids but wanted to dine somewhere with a cool view.

If we get a very early dinner reservation do we have a better chance of sitting at a table near the window?

We went there once (7 years ago) and asked to wait for a table near the window. They had a big attitude and said no, even tho we were willing to wait .

We are hoping to have better luck this time around.

No, there really isn't other restaurant at the Contemporary that has a view of the MK for lunch.

CG is really the only restaurant with a great MK view.

You could eat there (Steakhouse 71, Contempo Cafe) and then walk out onto the bridge to see MK.

That would be the bridge between the Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower. But the view from there isn't really a great one.

There a viewing deck on the fourth floor with decent views. The bridge has panels specifically to prevent people from standing and watching the fireworks and obstructing access. Please don't stand there.
