California Grill Reservations?

Hey guys have any of you been able to get a reservation for California Grill in September? Online it shows its unavailable still and I have a trip in September and California Grill is a must do!

It closed for refub around 2/1/13. I am not sure if it is going to be open in September. I would suggest calling the Dining Line and seeing if they have any updates on when it will reopen.

All info still says "Late Summer 2013". Considering the first day of fall isn't until Sept 22, technically they could reopen Sept 21 and still be in line.

I have no doubt the are monetary incentives for the contractors to finish early but considering the place is (was?) completely gutted down to the concrete, there were reportedly roof/structural issues to deal with as well and given the age of the building/time since last rehab you never know what surprises they may face, I wouldn't expect them to start taking ADR's until 30 (maybe 60?) days out at most.

Right now, only time will tell I think.

Disney's own website says California Grill will reopen on August 31. Of course the website has things on it that are wrong sometimes.

However, no reservations are being taken yet, and those who have asked WDW-DINE are told they do not know when reservations might open.

They have started taking reservations for dates of November 18, 2013 and beyond...starting TODAY!!

How did you make your reservation? By phone?

You can only make a reservation for November 18 on MDE. A few days ago you could get an ADR on November 18 over the phone but it was reported on the watch thread that they aren't even doing that anymore.

I tried under MDE for 11/27 but it wont take it
