So if you are on the Premium meal plan you can only order the items in the Menu Premium section? Can the vouchers be used for face value and if so what is that value?

You can use your vouchers at face value and that amount is written on the vouchers. The Menu Premium is an exclusive menu for Premium voucher holders but you can choose another menu or à la carte.
