Cooking California Grill Heirloom Tomato Risotto & Tomato Butter recipe

I've looked all over the internet and can't find the recipe for the heirloom tomato risotto or the tomato butter that they serve with the oak fired beef at California Grill. Wondered if anyone here has it and wouldn't mind sharing?
