Hello. Can anyone tell me if you can see the Once Upon a Time castle projection show from the California Grill fireworks viewing area? I am not sure if I would be giving up the projection show to eat there. TIA
Would you be able to see your neighbor's wide-screen TV from a mile away?
You can tell something is going on at the Castle, but you could never
see the projections.
Even the view from CA Grill is not ideal for the fireworks - since the fireworks are best viewed from down Main Street. Therefore, the 'best' hotel viewing spot is Grand Floridian.
We did a self-guided fireworks 'tour' a few years ago:
1.) From out MK view room at Bay Lake/Contemporary,
2.) From Polynesian beach (before the DVC units were built),
3.) From Grand Floridian,
4.) Standing in MK.
Nothing compares to standing in Magic Kingdom.
The view from the Contemporary is convenient, but not a great view - of the fireworks.
The view from the Contemporary is convenient, but you really cannot see much of anything of the projections on the Castle.
