California Grill Durring Wishes

Has Anyone ever eaten at the CG durring Wishes Fireworks Myself and My Girlfriend and rest of my family are going to WDW in early september adn we were also wondering about the CG and what it was like durring Wishes we have already made reservations for that time and i was currious in seeing if anyone has eaten there durring wishes?

Yes, I'm interested in how it works. We have 9.20 ADR's on 7/15. Wishes are at 10. What are our odds of seeing wishes? Do all the tables have a good view?

We did last Sept & will be doing so again this year. Fireworks view is beyond words but my kids were not too thrilled with food. Come to think of it neither was my DH but this was our last night after 10 of TS everyday. We were STUFFED full of food. Don't recall any of eating much but I can't wait for Wishes again Try it sure you will be pleased.

Sorry missed your question, you can ask your server to hold the meal til after. If you are not seated you can view them on the catwalk.

We did this with all the adults in my DH's family in May. The fireworks that night were at 9:00. We made ADR at 8:00. It worked out perfect because we had to wait about 20 minutes for the table. Our server asked if we would like our meals timed to the fireworks. We had completed our orders and had just finished our appetizers when our server came around to inform us that we had 10 minutes to the fireworks. We were not by the windows, but he showed us to the observation deck and we watched them from there with a glass of wine. It was very nice and they pumped the music to the deck. It was perfect weather and very romantic because there were few people out on the deck. I definitely recommend it. Be sure to let your server know that you are there to see the fireworks and would like the meal timed to them. With a 9:20 ARD you should be fine if you don't have to wait on the table too long.

Thank you so much for the info! We will be celebrating 3 birthdays while we are there as well, so it would be extra special to see the fireworks during our birthday celebration.
