California Grill...desert & Wishes?

Does anyone know, can you go to California Grill for desert and drinks to catch Wishes, or do you have to dine there??

We already have all of our ADR's and thought it would be fun to catch Wishes on the viewing deck there. Trying to decide if we should cancel 2 ressies to make the CG ressie, or just try to catch Wishes with desert.

You can go there just for dessert, but some posters have reported that because that gave them two ADRs for the same evening, the dining computer deleted the first one they made. If you make an ADR for dessert, I would explain that to the CM and see if he/she had a suggestion so the computer would not cancel your dinner ADR.
