I’m already starting to think ahead towards a probable NYE trip in 2019 (yes, I know it’ll be crazy crowded, but I still want to see it at least once). I was wondering about California Grill on the 30th. Is the observation deck open for the midnight fireworks? I know it would be open for the earlier time, but it seems the first time I see them should be from the Hub (I am leaning towards doing the dessert party).
