California Grill booked my entire trip

We're going to Disney 12/27-1/3. I called last night to make all of our dinner reservations and the California Grill was booked for dinner the entire time we were there. HAHAHA! I guess that I should have known better. Oh well, we've been a couple of times so we signed up for something else instead. I didn't have trouble with the other restaurants with the exception of the Fantasmic Dinner package which was booked the night we wanted to go.

How many of there are you? IF there is only two of you I personally think that you would have a good chance to just get in if you go early or late, like 9:30. Me and the other half have been without a reservation and have been able to get in everytime we have tried. Now if there are alot of you then I doubt that you will be able to.
