California Grill Bar

We don't really want to spring for a meal at the California Grill but are planning a meal at the Wave and wonder if it's possible just to go the California Grill for a drink beforehand.

yes - but you need to check in at the 2nd floor desk. They'll only let you go up to the bar if it isn't full. It'll work if it's early but if it's close to fireworks time your odds aren't good.
