Will we be as hot in DL in June as we are in DW in FL in June?

I like it warm and sunny. In DW sometimes it feels like your walking through water, its so hot and humid!!

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. :)

My son's birthday is in the beginning of June, and in 2005 it was around 70 when he was born; in 2006 it was hot on his birthday (around 90); last year was perfect - around 80 with a nice breeze.

It generally doesn't get in the 90s until July, but there are exceptions. It WON'T be humid like Florida though, I can guarantee that. ;)

It may be hot but it cools down at night by as much as 20-30 degress at times. Also remember that it is dry heat in LA.

You will not feel any humidity, but it can have what is known as the "June gloom." In May it is known as the "Gray May." :rotfl:

Anyways, it could be overcast and cold at first, and then towards mid-morning to noon, the sun clears it up, and becomes quite nice.

Every year it can vary alot. But California is not humid. That is why we have dirt, and not grass everywhere. When you get here you will find out what I mean by that. :rolleyes1

I have to agree with the above. You will occasionally find those record breaking days, but for the most part Anaheim in June is beatiful. You will find the hottest days in July and August. And while there is some humidity being closer to the coast than the desert, there isn't anywhere near as much as there is in FL. I think high humidity for Anaheim is around 10-15%.

IMHO summers in Orlando are intolerable. Summers in Anaheim are very tolerable. No comparison.

Yes, Anaheim has heat waves. And if you are there during a heat wave it can be quite hot. But on average Anaheim is much more tolerable.

Whatever the heat happens to be, to avoid it follow advice here:

I got this one. Not even. Lived 8 years in FL now in So. Cal. We never went to WDW in the summer, hot and humid unbareable unless you were born and raised in Miami.

Yep!! It will be nice and brown... the reason we are the "Golden State" has nothing to do with sunshine!
