Cali Grill October refurb?

Anyone know if the Cali Grill is getting a refurb?
From the app, when I look at October, it looks like it’s going to be closed a lot of days…

It's closed for special Anniversary dining experiences - on the restaurant website it says:
'California Grill is currently unavailable for bookings after October 2 as we create a special dining experience for the 50th anniversary celebration of Walt Disney World Resort.'

Not available I think… we have a long stay on site booked and it’s greyed out to pick a time right through 21st Oct at the moment.

Now I'm waiting for CaGrill (Oct 4) and Space -220 (Oct 7) to open reservations. I've done this a thousand times before, but never have I waited for a highly anticipated new restaurant and the most popular one to open reservations well into my booking window during a pandemic during a 50th anniversary celebration...what is the customary offering (aside from cash) to the dining gods: Gregorian chants, candles, incense, all of the above???

Holy ****. I have been willing to take a lot of these price increases, but this is really getting to be too much. The only thing I have to say is it makes a table at Victoria & Albert's almost reasonable - for the experience you get there is actually worth it.
