Cali Grill; Brunch Reception?

The DF and myself are looking into having a brunch reception at the Cali Grill & If i'm understanding correctly, if you have your reception at the Cali Grill you cannot use Disney catering or restaurant menus?

That's correct. You must use the California Grill catering menus.

Yes, that is correct except 1 thing, you can't do brunch! I know this because since our ceremony is at the castle and will have to be at 8 am, we will be doing brunch. I really want to use the CG for the reception because of the modern look and the view of the castle. I spoke with my contact and he said I can have breakfast or lunch but not brunch because the kitchen can't accommodate. I was then offered the GF instead which would do brunch. The GF decor is not me at all so we have decided Breakfast it is with the added omelet bar and smoked salmon, which they will do. If you want the exact menu choices for CG just PM me, I have them in an email and would be happy to forward them to you.
