Check the calendar at Disney's site and make your dining reservation for about an hour before Wishes is scheduled to go off. You don't state what day(s) you are interested in or I'd pop over there and see for you.

The previous poster had a good idea about the time to make your reservation. Please be advised that even if you cannot make a reservation for fireworks time, if you eat before that you can use your receipt to go back up to the restaurant and see the fireworks from the observation deck.

You should also be advised that you cannot be guaranteed a windowside table, so you may be watching from the deck anyway.

And you may want to check your caps lock.
