I know it's not possible to spot-reduce fat, and my calves will shrink down with overall weight loss, however so far I've been losing inches everywhere except my calves.
Overall, I'd say they're more muscular than flabby at this point, but I know that in the past, my calves were slimmer than they are now. I'm wondering if some of the exercises I'm doing now are bulking them up, or at least making the muscles 'buldge-ier' (to invent a word..) instead of 'trimmer'.
So, does anyone have a recommendation for something I could try? Maybe something pilates-ish? I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks for the help.
