Calendar Swap~Interest Only thread

Hi Everyone!
If you are like me you are starting to look and see whats out there and upcoming swapwise.
We have the Embellishment swap open now and the MK swap upcoming.
I just wanted to see if there would be interest in doing another calendar swap like last years, now or I could move signups to later in the year so we would have it for next year.

Signups would be February 2nd
Due to me April 2nd
I could do full page, elements and/or groupings of both.

I would appreciate any feedback to know weather I should open this up at this time.

Please to explain "calendar swap". I am a relative newbie but am wanting to get back into the swaps as a way to get me scrapping!!

Jumping in, a calendar swap is where you make the header and elements for each month of the year, which can then be used to make a calendar or used in a scrapbook (which is what I do as I can't bear to part with the lovely work I get from these swaps ) So you don't have to make 12 of each, the groups are generally of 6 and you pick two months and make Topper, photo mat (s), journal box and some other elements. If you look on the Scrapping with swapped items round 23 you can see some pages I did with last year's calendar swap items.

Thanks Mazda! I hadnt noticed Tinks post.
This might sound weird but sometimes since I havnt used all of my calendar yet, I pull it out and get inspiratuin from it. The work was just awesome. Or if someone asks me to show them what a swap is, I pull out that box and brag about my friends!

Rita, I have never done one of the calendar swaps and don't feel that I have a use for those pieces so I will not be taking part of this swap. Put me on your angel list, though, and I'll help out if you need me.

I just wanted to tell you that I am going to be postponing this swap until Aug/Sept.
We have so many other fun and different swaps coming up and there isnt too much interest in doing another calendar right now so we are going to wait and see if we can get more to join us at a later date.
For those of you who showed interest, thank you and we will do it again sometime.
For those of you who were thinking about it, this gives you time to decide if you want to make the committment.
