Calabay Parc Vacation Home - stayed here?

Looking at Serendib Villa for our family vacation in December...anyone stayed here? VRBO# 320484. Anyone stayed in Calabay Parc? Are there community amenities (not a dealbreaker if no)? Restaurants and shopping nearby? How far to parks (small drive not a dealbreaker, not all of our party will be parkhopping)? Thank you for your help!

We have not stayed there before, but we booked a home there for Dec 21st thru Dec 29th. We have stayed at other communities in that area and the drive to WDW is not bad at all (15-20 minutes tops). There is a Publix near by and a lot of restaurants just minutes away. The homes in this community look great.

We were considering CP, but decided against it. We like to come back to the house mid-day, for a swim, lunch, etc. So IMO that would have been too much travel time.

My brother has stayed here with his family though, and he enjoyed it very much. But his kids are older than mine, so they typically stay at the parks all day.
