CAL Grill / What time are fireworks?

We got Reserves for 8:00P.M. on Monday 11/3 (Jersey week). I am concerned that I may have goofed be cuse I thought fireworks would be at 9:00 P.M. Now I read somewhere that fireworks are at 10:00 P.M.

I really confused now,can anyone help and tell me what time the fireworks take place.
