Childcare Information
Pinocchio's Workshop
Pinocchio's Workshop is a delightfully entertaining child activity
center available in the evening so that mom and dad can steal away for
a quiet dinner or take in the exciting nightlife of the Downtown Disney
District. Pinocchio's Workshop featu res Playstation modules, computers,
books, puzzles, board games, coloring, beading, play-dough, painting,
arts and crafts, Disney DVDs, and nightly storytelling. Meals consist of
vegetable sticks (usually carrots and celery), milk, and a choice of the
following: hot dog, hamburger, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, or
peanut butter and jelly. The meal is $5.00 and is optional. However, if
a child is staying for over four hours, a meal choice is STRONGLY
encouraged. Meals are served at 7:30 p.m. Children arriving after 8:00
p.m. will not be given a meal option but snack is served at
approximately 9:00 p.m. There is no fee for the snack, which consists of
fresh fruit and yogurt.
Open from 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight every night. Space is limited.
There is a charge of $13 per hour per child. Children ages 5-12 only.
Pinocchio's Workshop is o ffered to Registered Guests of a Disneyland
Resort Hotel.

children of all ages. We can provide you with their contact information
and phone numbers. The child's parent or guardian must make these
arrangements and we are unfortunately unable to make any

Hotel Registration/Check-in
Hotel Registration may be taken care of any time during the day of your

time. If your room is not available, Bell Services will gladly hold on
to your luggage until your room is ready. (Luggage can only be delivered
if the Guest is in the room to receive it.)
Guests staying at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel may take advantage of
pre-registration service. Please call 714-300-7210 after 6:00am on the
day of your arrival and the Front Desk will assist you in preparing your

Park Tickets
Most theme-park and tour tickets are available for purchase at the Front
Desk. Some discount tickets are available only at the Main Entrance
Ticket booths near the park or the Disneyland Mono-rail Station. Annual
Passports are currently only available at the Main Entrance.

their day of departure. Whether you choose valet or self-parking,
please feel free to pull up to the front of the hotel so Bell Services

attraction and find the Disney's FASTPASS? machine near the attraction's
entrance. Insert your valid park admission ticket and receive a Disney's
FASTPASS? ticket that assigns you a one-hour window of time to return to
the attraction. When you return time rolls around, go directly to the
Disney's FASTPASS? return entrance and enjoy the attraction with a
minimal wait. To find out when you can receive another Disney's
FASTPASS? ticket, simply look on your current Disney's FASTPASS? ticket.

This tour offers guests the opportunity to ride a Segway Personal
Transport Device. With thier tour guide, guests will learn how to
operate the Segway unit and test their skill at our outdoor obstacle
course. They will be given the opportunity to tour Disney's California
Adventure Park before it is open to guests! This guided tour offers an
"insider look" at some of our most popular attractions. Each guest must
sign a liability waiver and must be at least 16 years old, weighing 250
pounds or less. Signature of a parent or guardian is require d for
eligible participants under 18 years of age, and this adult must
accom pany. The tour last 3 hours and has a 12 guest maximum.

Description
Disney's VIP Tour Services enables Guests to experience the Disneyland
Resort in a new and carefree way. Imagine discovering all the magic and
adventure awaiting Guests at both Disneyland Resort theme parks with a
VIP Tour Guide as their personal ambassador. VIP Tour Guides will
customize your visit by arranging special seating for parades and live
stage shows and at the distinctive restaurants at the Resort.
Professional and knowledgeable, VIP Tour Guides will also share their
personal insight and experience throughout the tour.
Availability
VIP Tour arrangements may be made by calling Disney Special Activities

Tours: $75 per hour/per VIP Tour Guide - 4 hour minimum when scheduled
more than 48 hours in advance. $95 per hour/per VIP Tour Guide - 4 hour
minimum when booked same day if Guides are available.
Cancellations: Advance notice of 48 hours is required to avoid a
cancellation fee equal to two (2) hours at the booked r ate per VIP Tour
Guide.
Tickets: Park admission is not included in the hourly rate.
Meals: Priority seating for all Disneyland Resort restaurants may be
arranged by the VIP Tour Guide.
Notes & Restrictions
Standard Disneyland Resort transportation will be utilized. Private
transportation is available at an additional cost. Priority entrance to
attractions is neither offered nor available. Cash, check, American
Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover are accepted for payment. A
maximum of 10 Guests may be assigned to one VIP Tour Guide. The tour is
conducted in On Stage areas only; there are no Backstage tours.
Gratuities are not required and their acceptance is not permitted.
Premium Viewing Packages
These packages are offered to make your experience of our resort shows
more convenient and enjoyable but they are not required to gain
admission to the shows.Please note that park admission is required to
take advantage of these packages. In addition, all prices, show times,
and offerings are subject to change. Tickets to these events are instant
purchase and non-refundable.
Disney's Electrical Parade
See Disney's Electrical Parade in a whole new light, with exclusive
premium viewing at Disney's California Adventure" park! Disney's
Electrical Parade Premium Viewing is held at the Golden Vine Winery
hosted by Robert Mondavi. The special meal offering is shown below
"Wine Country Family Picnic": Featuring fresh baked goods, artisan
cheese, meats, and olives complemented with sweets and a glass of
award-winning Robert Mondavi wine in a souvenir glass.
