Cake for anniversary/father's day - HELP!

I'm not having any luck w/ the cake hotline people.. they keep telling me they don't do custom cakes.. which.. yes.. I know you do, dangit. I'm trying to get a mini wedding cake for my parents anniversary on our arrival and something special for my dad for Father's Day on the 20th at our dinner at CRT. Any idea how to get around the people that keep telling me they don't do the things I'm asking them to do? Gah. I've called 4 or 5 times to try to get different people and I'm not getting anywhere.

I advise you to check out the cake thread. CRT doesn't usually do a custom - however, I have seen it done once. Pretty much all of the nice custom cakes have been done through a resort restaurant. <-- not the rule but that's what I've seen.

I'm trying to get something done at CBR too and they are telling me they don't do it. I wasn't expecting much at CRT since I know it's not through a resort but they keep telling me that I can't get a custom cake anywhere on property when I know darn good and well that's not true. LOL
