Cake cutting song?

We've narrowed it down to two - "Ice Cream" by Sarah McLachlan or "When I'm 64" by The Beatles. DF loves Sarah McLachlan, so I'll probably have "Ice Cream". :thumbsup2

We didn't have any in Disney but at our Jersey reception we used the Rocky theme song. (the song that plays when he is working out and running up the art museum steps) :rotfl:

Thanks everyone! Keep them coming!!

Oh, and we are definitely NOT a cake smashing couple!:rotfl:

we are using the beatles "when i'm 64" (will you still feed me, will you still need me when i'm 64...)

Main Street Electrical Parade! i coudln't think of anything else.

I want to use the song from Lady and the Tramp that plays when they share a piece of spaghetti, but I'm not sure yet.

We didn't pick a specific song because it would have meant more work for DH's cousin who was running the iPod - we just let the reception playlist I had created run. However now, whenever I hear the song that happened to be playing as we cut our cake, I get all sentimental.

So I guess what I'm saying is, whatever song you pick, you're going to associate it with your cake-cutting forEVER! :rotfl:

DH was suppose to have his brother run our Ipod. Well I guess he forgot to give him the memo so I had to spring it on my BBF (who was also the officiant and the master of ceremonies, yes I L:lovestrucVE her! :thumbsup2). When it came time for the cake cutting, she turned down the ipod so everyone could hear us. So now whenev I hear the song that was suppose to play (1,2,3,4 by The Plain White T's) I think about when the Ipod got turned down for our cake cutting.....:rotfl:
