Cabo San Lucas (Tour guide info)

I wasn't lucky in making ressies for my family excusions. Since this is
our first time cruising and we are not castaway members nor did we get a suite we were only able to reserve excursions 75 days before our cruise which is today and everything that my family wanted to do were booked.

To make a long story short I just wanted to know if anyone knew any good tour guides so that I can make reservations for my family in Cabo to just go to the beach and relax...Similiar to the Cabo Beach Break. I just want to sit in the lounge chair while the family make sand castles I am not sure if this is something we can do without making reservations. I called DCL and they said there maybe people at the port that will provide transportation.

I never went on a cruise where i did an excursion and I was a little nervous booking with another company besides Disney....but I didn't want to stay on the ship. I am not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions will be great. Thanks

In the meantime I will continue to call Disney to see if anyone cancelled.

I really wouldn't worry too much about it in Cabo - especially if you just want to do the beach.
There are plenty of opportunities to grab cabs, water taxis or set up parasailing or jet skis right where you tender in.
I would have loved to have more time there!

Just a tip..... don't give up on on-line ressies. Many people booked, but, may cancel. Keep checking!!!

Most of the fun in Cabo is accessable from where the ship's tenders dock...panga fishing, rocks tours, quick cab to the "million dollar beach," shopping, restaurants. Cabo is a beautiful, safe town with lots to do right at the main marina or a short walk away. Also, the water taxis can double as a quick (1-2 hr.) sightseeing tour that includes the rocks, beach, marina, etc.

Some of our best shore excursions off of Disney (and other) cruise ships have just been walking along the pier or street and seeing what comes along -- snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing, etc. Use your instincts, be sensible, and you may have a better time than the planned events offer!

Having returned from the Repo cruise, there are a lot of people right on the dock hawking their own tours. You will have no problem if you choose to pick one then. However, you can also walk the town, since it is right next to the dock. Have fun. Lots of shops, restaurants, even a movie theater.
