We like to stay at FW and are debating a trip in April over spring break. I cannot get any discounts on camping but can get a cabin at a discount. Right now we have ressies at Pop Century because it is cheaper than the rate for camping. Now the problem is my parents may want to meet us there. It we get a cabin (there would be six of us then) would they be able to park there truck with a truck camper at the cabin? They would be coming from their winter home in Arizona on there way home to Wisconsin. My father will not leave his truck and all their stuff in the outer parking lot. Anyone know if this could be done? Thanks

First, my understanding is only one vehicle may park at any one site, including cabins.

2nd, If by truck camper you mean a cab type camper that fits in the back of a pick up truck, then I don't see why that would be a problem. However, if the camper is much longer than the truck itself...they may question that. There may not be room to park it at the cabin.

To be sure, I suggest you call the outpost (I think that's what it is called) and ask. Get the CM's name, just in case there's a problem at check in.

HTH!

BTW, the out lot is well lit and probably patrolled.

Where did you get a cabin discount? We're going in May and haven't seen any for 2004 yet.
