Cabin on Deck 5 - too many children around?

We got a room on Deck 5 for our 1 yr anniversary cruise (at that time, no kids yet). I panicked, I thought we would be overrun with kids.

It was not an issue AT ALL... I was really surprised. Of course it was the end of September and the ship was relatively empty so that may have made the difference.

We are on deck 5 for the 9/9 Wonder cruise - cabin 5644 - aft - I've gone to Barb's site and it looks pretty quiet down where these cabins are located :)(we're only four doors down from the famous Barb & Tony suite) - I was really pleased!:bounce:

We're in the Barb & Tony Suite and the main reason I picked it was because of Barb's recommendation! I like a quiet environment (white noise is ok with me) and a room at the end of the hall is the way to go for me! I'll let you know for sure when I get back...

We were in an 11 on deck 5 that held 4 people. We love deck 5 aft, and the passenger cabins are far removed from the kid areas. No problem at all with little people or noise.

You know, it may be harder and harder to get on Deck 5 after people start reading this thread ;) . Here I thought it was only me that found the out of the way quiet location so close to the kids club and movie theater the most desireable. After one stay on deck 5, I was hooked.

My kids are 10 and they can easily walk to the kid's club and movies by themselves. They love the location too.
