Is there any significant difference between loops for cabins? We will have a cart, so I'm not too worried about the fact that some cabins in bigger loops are further away from the bus stop (should I be worried:confused3 ?). But, are there any other factors I should consider in deciding which loop to request? FYI - we will have family members camping that I believe will be in loop 300 (preferred site, bringing a pet). I guess I'm worrying some about the swampy loops I've read about, and don't know what other issues there may be.

Thanks in advance for any help!:)

I have a motorhome so I really dont stay in them, but my father-in-law stays there once in a while and never had a problem. They all are good im sure

I have stayed in 2200, 2400 and 2800 and loved them all. I stayed in 2300 and hated it. Was assigned once to 2500 and got moved to 2800 because it so resembled 2300. Those 2 loops are very open with few trees. The other 3 loops I've been in have made me feel like I was in the woods if you know what I mean. Last trip in October there was an issue with a lot of swampy standing water. We were assigned to 2600 but when we drove by and saw the green lake surrounding our assigned cabin, went back to check in and was moved to the back end of 2400. It was nice and dry. We had a golf cart too so no issue with walking. I also know some people like the 2500 loop because it is close to the laundry and pool. To each his own.

There has been substantial clearing of brush and undergrowth in all of the cabin loops in the past six months. I would not say that any of the loops are now more wooded than others. The loops where you might have standing water would be the 2700 and 2800 loops. This only occurs after a lot of prolonged rain, which is not happening in Florida right now. If you have a cart, there really is no reason to choose one loop or another. If you do not have a cart, in some of the larger loops- like 2600,2700 and 2800 you could end up with a pretty good walk just from your cabin to the bus stop. But, that would only be if you were assigned a cabin toward the back of thel loop.

When we were there last month the clearing of the brush had already been done at all the cabin loops. When I speak of a more wooded feel I meant the tall trees. There are very few trees in the 2300 and 2500 loops, and now that they are cleared off the shrubs and low growth they are very sparse. They just reminded me more of a trailer park. And while I missed the shrubs in the 2400 loop where we stayed at least the very tall trees still shaded the area nicely.Again, some people wouldn't care one way or the other and prefer to be a hop and a skip from the pool or laundry.

We just stayed in 2530, it was great, we walked thru back right to bus stop and just a couple cabins over to pool. However I did notice there was a lot less brush than when we stayed in year 2000 and 2003. It was less Wilderness like. We stayed in loop 2300 twice before and they were closer to things, we could walk to Meadowlake pool/campfire easier from 2300.

Me too! I did not like 2300 when we stayed in there but LOVE 2200 with 2800 second and also liked 2400 and 2600.

Since you'll have a cart it doesnt really matter which loop you get. We dont get a cart and always ask to be near the front of the loop which they really try to do.
