Cab fare from Downtown Disney Hilton to Parks

We are staying at the Hilton at Downtown Disney and want to take advantage of the early morning entry into the parks. I don't believe that the free shuttle offered by the hotel will get us there in time so we want to take a taxi each morning. What is the approximate cab fare from the DTD Hilton to the MK, AK, HS and Epcot? What time do we need to leave the hotel in order to arrive at the parks in time for early entry (we like to be one of the first in line) and what do they charge? There are only two of us.

taxi rides to all parks willl be less than $20. Make sure to take ONLY Mears Checker cabs as they have the pass to avoid the parking fee. Any other cab or town car must pay the parking fee to get into the parking lot of any park. Best bet is to find a driver you like and get his cell nunmber to call directly when you want to go.
