On the CAA website the membership fee is $63.15/yr. Does anyone know how I can get a less expensive membership rate?

We are planning on going to WDW 12/2006 for approx. 14 nights and are considering either renting DVC points and/or staying at a WDW value resort (POP). With the possibility that general public codes may no longer be available, I was wondering if I should consider becoming a CAA member to get the CAA 20% (value season, value resort) discount. Or maybe even buy one AP to get an AP discount?

Any thoughts?

Sometimes when you go to a mall they will have a kiosk set up with people trying to sell memberships, they usually offer at least $5.00 off the membership price.

If you are going for 14 nights, I bet buying an AP for one of your party will work out to be the cheapest. Usually, the breakeven point for an AP is 3 or more nights. Then get someone who has a CAA membership to buy your tickets for the rest of your group.
