Hi,

I have reservation with a CAA discount, I have lost my card, and won't be able to replace by the time, I get to Disney next week. Can I just give them my card number? When they enter in my card number, would it just show up under my name? Or do I need the card at check in under no circumstances? Thanks for your help

I'm afraid I don't know about Disney specifically, but a lot of places have a policy of not bothering to look at them. You might phone WDW and ask. Did you explain to CAA why you need the replacement expedited? I've always found them to be really fast at generating cards anyway. Good luck.

I was asked to show my card both times I booked a room-only at Disney using CAA rates. I doubt they are hooked into the CAA/AAA database so don't think your number would be enough. Get a replacement card... then you can be sure they won't ask for it... like taking the umbrella to stop it from raining!

Disney has no way to check or verify your membership number. Go into your local office, have them order you a new one and then ask them to issue you a temporary card. There is a good chance the card will show up (they've been taking like 3 days lately) if not the temp card will suffice.

I booked a room at Pop Century in Feb. with a CAA room only discount. I was asked at check-in for my CAA card. Go to a CAA office and get a temporary card. I got one at my local CAA office for my daughter when she got her license and I added her as an associate member to my membership.
