CAA/AAA discounts?

I know there is a thread somewhere but I can't find it!!!!
I am trying to determine if I should puchase a CAA membership. What are the benefits at Universal Orlando??

caa/aaa will give you 10% discount off of food and merch inside the parks.
carts are not included.

some places in city walk will give you 10% off.

you can get up to 35% off the hotel room depending on the dates involved.
i have used the aaa for restaurants in the hotels for 10% off last fall.

So would it be worth it to spend around $75 CAD to get CAA for while we are down at Universal? Family of 4 plus my sister!!

i pay $40 for the year for my AAA.

i think it is worth it in some ways.

you can shop online and get discounts on the merch automatically.
shoes stores, department stores, etc.
many honor the aaa for the discount.

many many restaurants take the AAA for a discount besides orlando/uo

discounted movie tickets is another thing i buy.

discounted vacation packages which include air.


check out the AAA website to see many of the listings the card is good for.


oh yea, it is also good for auto service and needs. towing, run out of gas and get aaa service, free maps, free driving plans, road side assistance, etc
son locked the car keys in the car,
AAA paid for the locksmith to come out....
compare that $85 charge to 0 and we more than covered the cost of the card in 07 for it.
